I staude here 1 month i tried too go too another hotel But it was not the same standard It frels like Home from far away The stars off the hotel is the personel working at the hotel All soo good too the guest From the reception are they very friendly and want too help if you have questions In the bar there is Mohammed and sayed they are soo great The entertainment team has a lot of great excutsions for party and they always give a great party Vibe In the kitchen at the restaurant are the Esters always ready too give you youre drinks or redvine for food And the chefs at the kitchen are so great with request about food The cleaning of the room is very good But all staff here are great And if you want too be in good place with europaish Fiesta its great There is a lot off dames sweedish and people from norway Happy holiday

Everything and everyone was perfect specially Mr Ashraf and chef Reda they made our restaurant experience too tasty and lovely, Also Mr Haitham house keeping finally Mr Alaa from reception. Really all working people were helpful and really nice . Thanks reef .

Great value for money! The staff is super friendly and helpful, food is amazing with various options, spacious and nice rooms, beautiful environment with flowers and palm trees, great place to relax.

Free wi-fi only in the lobby, we paid extra 5 eur each for the paid wi-fi which worked properly in the pool area but very slow in the room or in the restaurant.

The beach was not the best beaches at Sharm Elsheikh, however they have 3 pools at the hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel, recommend everyone to the a holiday her! It`s the best staff who work here special abdullah and you have delicious food all day. The pool area and beaches are lovely

The hospitality was 5* All staff took the time to take care of you and get to know you. We formed really good relationships with many of the team. A huge thank you to Ashraf in the dining room who would come and talk to us every meal and make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was very clean. The staff really do care about the hotel. You can see their love for the place. The grounds, swimming pool, restaurant, and other areas are kept immaculate. We would go back for the care and consideration of the staff alone. They made a real effort for New Year's Eve. A lovely cocktail reception, dinner, and entertainment. Sharm Reef extended our checkout with no extra charge. I didn't even need to ask.

There are two pools. The larger pool was not heated, so its a bit too cold to use in December. I did try! The hotel was very quiet. The animation team worked hard to keep everyone entertained, but it was difficult with not so many people. The animation team were really friendly and fun. The Sharm Reef beach is located away from the hotel. There is a shuttle that takes you on the hour. There is a bed of sand to sun bathe on, but no direct access to the sea. You have to descend down some steps to go in.

The reception staff are friendly, the room was received quickly, the food is diverse, and the hotel is clean. Thank you!

Hotel was perfect. Thank you for the reception. Rooms were clean and location was good. Food wasn’t so spicy so we could eat.

Pool bar was terrible. All coctails were the same -even you order mojito or sunrise- which was mixed juice. You have no choice but to drink mixed juice and they use plastic cup. Also food range and time was limited.

The variety of food in the restaurant.The staff was very friendly and decent.The location of the hotel was good.The shows made at night were nice specially the foam party at the swimming pool.The snacks served at the bar were tasty as well as the drinks.

The beach wasn't inside the hotel and we had to take the shuttle bus to go there.The family room has only one TV in one place.

The facilities and the food were great, the staff was super helpful as well.

Some of the entertainment staff were bothersome, while we were trying to relax by the pools they would come around to invite us to things but keep insisting that we come. Some would try to invite themselves to hang out with us.
